Luis Suarez is again facing allegations of biting an opponent after Giorgio Chiellini went down clutching his shoulder following a coming together with the Liverpool star in Tuesday's World Cup Group D clash between Uruguay and Italy.
The incident occurred in the second half of the game that saw Uruguay claim a 1-0 victory to put them through to the knockout stages of the competition, with Diego Godin's winner earning second place in the group.

It is not the first time that Suarez has been called into question over the alleged biting of an opponent, with the 26-year-old having previously been banned on two separate occasions for similar incidents.
The first, during his Ajax days back in 2010, saw Suarez bite Otman Bakkal's shoulder which saw him receive a seven-game ban, while he was hit with a 10-game suspension for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic during a Premier League game in April 2013.
